Nomad Art Collective presents Open Skies, a solo exhibition of recent photographs by Carla Sutera Sardo. In Sicily, summer arrives with force. The light is unrelenting, the sea is vast and deeply blue. The sky opens wide, pressing down on the land with the same insistence as the heat. 

Into this intensity, Sutera Sardo brings play. Figures dance and play, dissolving into Sicily's unrelenting light. They disappear behind giant flowers and balloons; their tulle brings feminine softness to the season. Their faces dissolve into color, motion, and light. What remains is the body in a state of pure, unguarded joy. Sutera Sardo finds in the Sicilian summer permission and freedom: to be vivid, playful, and alive.
