Due to the nature of original artworks and limited editions, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.
Damaged Artwork
If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographic documentation of the damage and packaging.
We will review the claim and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement (if available), or refund.
Return Conditions
If a return is approved, the artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated separately after purchase based on the artwork’s size, framing, destination, and shipping method. After an order is placed, collectors will be contacted with a shipping quote before the artwork is dispatched.
International Shipping
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the collector.
