All artworks, editions, and products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or modify product descriptions at any time without notice.
Images and descriptions are provided for reference only. Variations in color, texture, scale, or framing may occur, particularly with original artworks.
Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise indicated.
Payment is due at the time of purchase and is processed securely through Shopify Payments or other authorized third-party payment providers.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, if a product is unavailable, or if an error has occurred in pricing or product information.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated separately after purchase based on the artwork’s size, framing, destination, and shipping method.
After an order is placed, collectors will be contacted with a shipping quote before the artwork is dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier availability, and customs procedures for international shipments. Nomad Art Collective is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of original artworks and limited editions, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.
If an artwork arrives damaged, the collector must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic documentation so that we may review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, texts, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Nomad Art Collective or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MJT Zabut LLC and Nomad Art Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or the purchase of products.
