In this work, Marilina Marchica distills the landscape into pared-down lines and subtle washes of blue and grey. The graphite contours trace mountains and shoreline, while the oil creates a layered depth. The composition’s restraint leaves space for silence, evoking the Mediterranean as both a physical horizon and an inner terrain.
