Marilina Marchica (b. 1984, Agrigento, Italy) is a contemporary artist whose work explores the intersections of landscape, memory, and abstraction. A graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna, with studies in Valencia, she transforms natural spaces into poetic meditations. . Her series Landscapes and Signs reduces terrain—hills, coastlines, ruins—to subtle gestures and muted textures, using earthy materials such as oxide, silicone, and recycled plaster. Her works are held in private collections internationally and in the permanent collection of Fondazione FAM in Agrigento. She lives and works in Agrigento.
